Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce

2/3 cup hot pepper sauce ( we used Frank's Red Hot ) 
1/2 cup or 1 stick cold unsalted butter
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of Original, Spicy or No Salt, Steak Seasoning


Combine hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and Steak Seasoning in a pot over medium heat. When butter begins to melt combine ingredients with a whisk and bring to a simmer. When the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat, stir with a whisk and set aside until ready to use.
