Buttermilk Ranch Burgers
1 LB. Ground Meat
3 TBS. or 1 oz. Roswell Buttermilk Ranch
1 Tsp. Course Ground Pepper
Thoroughly mix the buttermilk ranch and black pepper into the ground meat and form patties. For best results refrigerate for 1 hour or more to allow the seasoning to work its way into the meat before grilling, frying or broiling.
