3 tbsp Chimichurri Seasoning Blend
3 tbsp Olive oil or your preferred oil
1 tbsp Water
½ tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Lime Juice
Simply mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, cover, and let rest for at least an hour to allow the herbs to rehydrate and the flavors to infuse. Adjust the recipe to suit your personal taste. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Drizzle over grilled steak or chicken. Make amazing roasted potatoes or potato salad. Use as a condiment on burger or as a sauce over roasted or grilled vegetables.
