2 Tablespoons Pizza Seasoning, Garden Herb or Zesty Pizzeria Seasoning.
4 Teaspoons Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt or 2 Teaspoons of Table Salt
5 Teaspoons Granulated White Sugar
28 oz. can Peeled San Marzano Tomatoes (including juice)
6 oz. can Tomato Paste
Combine all the ingredients and blend with an immersion blender or in a food processor until desired consistency. There is no need to cook this sauce.
Refrigerate up to 1 week or 6 months in the freezer.
If using another brand of Kosher Salt, reduce the amount of salt to 2 teaspoons.
