1 large head of cauliflower
2 Tablespoons butter
2oz. cream cheese softened
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Steakhouse Seasoning
- Trim and cut the cauliflower florets into bite size pieces, and cut of stems. Steam until tender.(we used the steamer basket of a rice cooker)
- Transfer cauliflower to a large bowl add butter and use electric mixer and blend until cauliflower has broken down and begins to resemble mashed potatoes.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream and Parmesan and blend with mixer until well combined. Season with Steakhouse Seasoning and fold in with spoon or lowest speed with mixer.
- Serve immediately or place in a casserole dish and keep warm in the oven at 350 degrees for 12-15.
