Peachy Pork Picante
1 lb. Boneless pork loin (cubed)
1 oz. Taco Seasoning
8 oz. Salsa
4 tbsp. Peach Preserves
Coat boneless pork loin cubed with ¼ cup or 1 oz. Taco Seasoning, and brown in a little oil in a skillet. When pork is browned add 8 oz. jar of salsa and 4 tablespoons peach preserves to skillet, stir to mix well, cover and lower heat. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
