Ranch Fire Crackers

1 1/2 cups of your favorite oil. (we used vegetable oil when testing this recipe)
4 tablespoons or 1 oz. pouch Roswell Garden Ranch or Roswell Buttermilk Ranch
3 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 lb. box Saltine Crackers (4 sleeves)

Pour oil, Roswell Ranch Seasoning mix, red Pepper flakes and ground black pepper into a gallon size zip top bag. Seal and shake the bag until all ingredients are well blended.

Place all 4 sleeves of crackers into the bag. Re-seal and gently turn the bag over several times to coat the crackers. Repeat this step for about an hour.

For best results allow the crackers to rest in the bag over night.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place crackers on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and store in air tight container.
