3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup Roswell Buttermilk Ranch
1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
Juice of half a lemon
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Trim stems and cut cauliflower florets into bite size pieces. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the cauliflower on baking sheet, drizzle with oil and buttermilk ranch, tossing until well coated.
Roast for 10 minutes,remove from oven, stir cauliflower and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place back into the oven and continue to roast for another 10-15 minutes until cauliflower is softened and bread crumbs are toasted. Finish with a squeeze of lemon , serve hot.
