3/4 lb. fresh salmon
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 large egg
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Seafood Seasoning
Place all ingredients into a food processor, using the pulse function 3-4 times until blended.
Press into 4 patties and refrigerate for a minimum of 10-15, this allows them to set and hold together during the cooking process.
Pan fry in neutral oil over medium heat, 5 minutes per side. The Salmon Burgers are done when internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
