Southwest Ranch Spread
8 oz. package of cream cheese softened
8 oz. sour cream (1 cup)
1 oz. or 3 tablespoons of Roswell Buttermilk Ranch
10 oz. can mild Rotel, diced tomatoes and green chilies ( well drained)
2 tablespoons of cilantro ( about 6 sprigs)
Juice of ½ of lime (1 tablespoon)
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and mix for 30 seconds or until smooth and well blended.
Serve with fresh vegetables or tortilla chips.
