Spiced Hawaj Tea

Spiced Chai Tea
2 bags of black tea
1 teaspoon of sugar 
1 ½ teaspoons Hawaj Coffee Spice
3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

Place 5 cups of water and 2 tea bags in a sauce pan or pot, bring to a boil. Add sugar and Hawaj Coffee Spice and turn heat to low, simmer and stir occasionally for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into cups. Stir 1-1 ½ tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to each cup and stir until milk is dissolved. Serve hot or cold over ice.
