Spicy Southwest Shrimp

2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined (we used large shrimp)
1 1/2 tablespoons Southwest Seasoning
1-2 Tbsp of your favorite hot sauce
2 tablespoons water

Place butter and oil in a non stick skillet. Begin to melt butter over medium heat, stirring constantly to combine butter and oil.

When butter and oil mixture begins to bubble, add the Southwest Seasoning to the pan stir quickly to dissolve seasoning.

Add the hot sauce and 2 tablespoons of water stirring constantly to not burn, add the shrimp to coat and saute for 5-6 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
Serve over rice or makes a great shrimp taco.
