Taco Cheese Ball

16 ounces soften cream cheese

4 ounce canned chilies drained

3 tablespoons taco seasoning

1 cup shredded medium cheddar

1/2 cup frozen corn (do not thaw)

1/2 cup crushed Doritos

Place softened cream cheese, green chilies, taco seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese and frozen corn in a large bowl. With an electric mixer beat the ingredients until  thoroughly combined.

Place a large piece of plastic wrap on counter or table and place the cheese ball mixture in the center of the plastic.

Pull the sides of the plastic wrap up and over the the mixture and form into a ball. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. 

When ready remove from refrigerator and the plastic wrap, place on serving plate or charcuterie board and coat with crushed Doritos. 

Serve with crackers, corn chips or pretzels. Refrigerate leftovers.
