Tuna Salad with Applewood Chipotle

7.5 oz. tuna packed in water, drained
1 1/2 tablespoons Applewood Chipotle Rub
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
pinch of black pepper

Place ingredients into a bowl, stir until thoroughly combined.
