Turkey Burger with Greek Seasoning
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tbsp. Greek Bread Dipping Blend
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 cup crumbled Feta
Place Greek Bread Dipping Blend, olive oil, dijon mustard and red wine vinegar in a small bowl and mix into a thin paste. Mix the Greek seasoning paste and crumbled Feta into the ground turkey until evenly distributed. Form into burgers or meatballs and cook using your desired method until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
