7oz. Pouch Tuna
1/4 Cup + 2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Diced Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion
8 Slices Bread
8 Slices Muenster Cheese
1 Tbs. Tuscan Farmhouse Blend or Italian Bread Dipping Blend
1/4 Tsp. Ground Chipotle Chili Powder
Preheat a pan to medium heat.
In a medium bowl combine tuna, 2 tbs. mayonnaise, tomatoes and red onion. Top 4 bread slices with a slice of cheese, ¼ of the tuna mixture, another slice of cheese, and remaining bread slices (4 sandwichs total).
In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, Italian Bread Dipping Blend, and chili powder. Spread mixture over top of the sandwiches. Place sandwiches on pan, coated side down. Coat top of sandwiches with mayo mixture. Grill 3-4 minutes per side or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
