White Bean Dip

1 (15 oz.) can of Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/3 cup Olive Oil, plus additional for drizzling
1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Tuscan Summer Heat or Garden Herb Bread Dipping Blend
Place beans, garlic, lemon juice, 1/3 cup olive oil in food processor and process until smooth.
Add salt and seasoning, pulse 2-3 times to incorporate. 
Transfer to a small bowl, cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or longer to allow flavors to set. 
Drizzle with olive oil and serve with pita chips or vegetables.
