Za’atar Dipping Sauce

1 cup whole milk yogurt, or yogurt of your choice
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 1/2 tbsp. Za’atar
1 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp. chopped mint (optional)

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Use as a dipping sauce for just about anything or as a salad dressing.
