This version of classic Buttermilk Ranch Seasoning has a nice kick of jalapeño. Jalapeño Ranch is sure to be a hit with Ranch Lovers everywhere. Use this blend to make a dip for chips, crackers, and vegetables, or make a tasty batch of Ranch Crackers.
Jalapeno Ranch Crackers:
In a large zip lock bag, mix 2/3 cups of Canola Oil and 4 tablespoons of seasoning. Close bag and shake until thoroughly mixed. Add 2 sleeves of Saltine Crackers to bag. Close bag and shake until crackers are covered. Leave in bag, unrefrigerated, for 4-6 hours to absorb.
Buttermilk Jalapeno Ranch Dip:
In a mixing bowl add 1 cup of Sour cream, 1 cup Mayonnaise, and 4 tablespoons of seasoning. Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
Ingredients: Powdered Buttermilk(whey solids), garlic powder, onion powder, onion flakes, salt, Jalapeno powder, dill, parsley, and chives.
Salad Dressing:
3 tablespoons Roswell Jalapeno Ranch
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ cup whole milk
Whisk all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl, until well blended. Allow it to stand for 10 minutes so it can thicken slightly. Pour into container, cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to use. Will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 1 week.
