Ingredients: Fried Onion (onion, vegetable oil, wheat flour, sea salt), Almonds (unsalted, roasted), Butternut Squash, Zucchini, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, White Button Mushroom, Red Bell Pepper, Basil, Black Pepper, Thyme, Turmeric Couscous: Wheat Flour, Salt.
What you will need: 1 Tbsp Olive Oil or Butter 1 ½ cups Water or Low Sodium Broth ½ Tsp Salt Pan or Pot with a tight fitting lid. Heat oil or melt butter over medium-high heat. Add seasoning and Couscous. Saute for 30 seconds or until seasoning becomes fragrant, but not burnt. Add water or broth and salt , mix well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low, cover with lid and simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir and serve.
