What you will need: 1 Tbsp Olive Oil or Butter 2 cups Water or Low Sodium Broth ½ Tsp Salt Pan or Pot with a tight fitting lid. Heat oil or melt butter over medium-high heat. Add seasoning and rice. Saute for 30 seconds or until seasoning becomes fragrant, but not burnt. Add water or broth and salt, mix well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low, cover with lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes. Stir and serve.
