Greekish Seasoning is a blend of spices and herbs common to the Mediterranean region. Hints of citrus, cinnamon and nutmeg make it a wonderful savory and aromatic blend. Perfect for meats, vegetables and dips.
When using Greekish as a seasoning on roasted meats or vegetables, for best results dissolve 1 tablespoon of dry blend into 1/4 cup of olive oil and let sit for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes coat the meat or vegetables before roasting or grilling. We suggest 1 tablespoon to 1/4 cup of oil per pound of meat, vegetables or potatoes.
