Bread Dip

Mix 1 tablespoon Salsa di Parma Bread dip with 1/4 cup of your favorite oil. Add 1 tablespoon of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with slices of warm crusty bread. For best flavor, let dip set for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Pasta Dressing

Mix 1 tablespoon Salsa di Parma Bread dip with 1/4 cup of your favorite oil. Add to 1 lb cooked, drained and cooled pasta or make it gluten-free and use with spaghetti squash. Grated Parmesan cheese and shrimp are the perfect add-ins.

Roasted Vegetables

Mix 1 tablespoon Salsa di Parma Bread dip with 1/4 cup of your favorite oil. Toss with the cut vegetables and bake on a foil-lined baking sheet for 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees.

Marinated Cheese

Mix 1 tablespoon Salsa di Parma Bread dip with 1/4 cup of your favorite oil. Pour over cubed mozzarella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Infuse the mixture in the refrigerator overnight. To serve top a cube of cheese with a bite-size tomato slice and spear it with a toothpick or rosemary stem. Garnish with parsley.
