This Italian inspired dip will bring delight to any meal. The addition of freshly grated Parmesan cheese makes it over the top good. Use as a bread dip, pasta dressing, or saute vegetables.
INGREDIENTS: Unrefined sea salt, paprika, garlic, onion, black pepper, fennel, basil and oregano.
Mix 1 tablespoon Smoky Italian Bread dip with 1/4 cup olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with slices of warm crusty bread.
Mix 1 tablespoon Smoky Italian Bread dip with 1/4 cup olive oil. Add to 1 lb cooked, drained and cooled pasta. Stir in your favorite fresh vegetables. Top with ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese. Serve as a side dish or add cubes of cooked chicken for a main entrée. Serve warm or cold.
Coat potatoes with oil and Smoky Italian Bread Dipping Blend before roasting. Season tomato based sauces or add to ricotta cheese to give a kick to lasagna.
