Hummus Crusted Chicken

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Cup Hummus homemade or store bought
2 lemons ( 1 sliced , 1 juiced)
Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Greekish seasoning

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Add 1 tablespoon Greekish Seasoning to hummus and stir until combined.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Smother top and sides of meat with hummus mixture, then top with squeezed lemon juice, lemon slices and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. 

Place in oven , bake for 25-30 minutes or until hummus is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
